My clients and I have a lot of things in common.
We buy too many planners, nibble on chocolate daily, and spoil our dogs rotten.
But one thing I wish we didn’t share is that we’re all drowning in ANXIETY!
I can’t look at any news site without wanting to scream into a pillow . . . or perhaps pack up my junk and move to some distant planet where life isn’t so unbearable.
