The Life Editor Podcast Ep. 17: The Productivity Project

Today, I want to talk about why there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution to being as productive as possible.

It’s easy to get caught up in the teachings of self-development gurus who are always preaching what they believe are the best ways to accomplish more in your life.

  • Wake up at 5:00 am every morning!
  • Do your most important tasks first!
  • Eat that frog!
  • Stop drinking coffee!
  • Meditate for an hour every single day!

It’s exhausting trying to figure out what you should try next. And honestly, I’ve contributed to the confusion too. I love sharing the productivity tips that work for me.

Here’s the thing: I work with Life Editors who are typically Type A, detail-oriented, high-achievers. Those folks tend to respond well to a hustle mentality.

But what if that’s not you? How are you supposed to get stuff done and find a plan that fits your unique lifestyle and personality?

In this week’s podcast, we’re talking about The Productivity Project by Chris Bailey.
