It’s been decades since I’ve set foot inside a classroom, but I still get that back-to-school feeling at the end of every summer.

There’s a freshness in the air that makes everyone want to fill up new notebooks with goals and plans for the fall. This year I’ll be popular, I just know it!

As a child of the 90s, my back-to-school shopping lists included Nickelodeon cartoon folders, a Tamagotchi pet (which quickly died), and all-white platform Spice Girls shoes.

If you’re feeling nostalgic like me, then let’s take a walk (or Macarena) down memory lane as we prep for a new season.

Here are my top picks for heading back to school 90s style.

1. Color the 90s Coloring Book. Now you can hang out with Steve Urkel and Furby and feel like you’re in middle school again.

2. Metallic Gel Pens. For all your dreamy diary entries.

3. Sporty Spice T Shirt. Spice up your life with some girl power!

4. Mulan Stickers. Bring honor to your modern laptop or old-school Trapper Keeper with Disney’s best princess.

5. Rugrats Pocket Notebook Collection. It’s tough being an adult (almost as tough as being a baby!) so organize your to-dos in these retro notebooks.

6. Lisa Frank Sticker Book. Because all wild animals should be rainbow colored.

7. Hella 90s Pop Culture Trivia Game. Relive your high school years and prove to your kids that you used to be cool.

8. Bonne Bell Lip Smacker Dr Pepper Lip Gloss. The perfect flavor for smooching your crush under the bleachers.

9. Caboodles On-The-Go Girl Retro Case. Raise your hand if you had this exact same case, probably filled with plastic barrettes and bubble gum.
