loved this Sage. I waste so much time during the day, because I often have too much going on and I don’t know where to start. I am going to print this off and try it.
    Thanks!

I’m always shocked by how much time I waste, but I never notice it until I track it.

You are so right! It’s time to go through the worksheet and re-evaluate how I spend my time! Great advice and I love your worksheets. They are so helpful!

I love worksheets too. It’s like playing school. 🙂 I discovered that I watch way too many old TV shows on Netflix. Oops!

When I was in college, one of my professors talked about this very subject & it was so eye opening. He pointed out how so many people will state that their health is important, yet they won’t take the time to eat right or exercise. You’re absolutely right that it’s like a slap in the face! It’s also one of the moments in my college classes that I remember the most. 🙂

It really is a wakeup call. (Or bitch slap!) Sometimes I have to admit to myself that my health isn’t as important as other things like my business. But being honest with ourselves is the first step to changing our lives.

I had a great time in college. My favorite class wasn’t even for my major or minor. It was my art history elective. So fascinating. I had some really good professors.
