My name is Sage, and I’m a life coach who helps women make their lives a little sweeter. I write about self-empowerment, happiness, and productivity.

Here’s a picture of my puppy, Skyla. She’s my furry coworker. She answers my phones and does some light filing.

      Thanks, Sarah! I tidied up my office a bit for that picture. Usually there’s a big messy stack of magazines all over the desk. And most of the picture I have of me and Chris are at one of the Disney parks! We’re there every year.
