Last year I decided I needed to make SMARTIE goals. They have to also be Inspired (or Intuited) and Exciting!

Yay, I love these Tiny Tip Thursday videos! I want to earn a degree in Geology in a two year time period starting next fall and in order to get started I am going to apply to the school by December 1 🙂 Yay! I have always been guilty of having vague goals but you are definitely right, especially with large goals… it is so easy to fall into the trap of being vague with a really large, overwhelming goal.
