Today, we’re talking about one of the most common fears out there, the fear of missing out (also known as FOMO). It’s when you feel like you need to stay connected to everything that’s going on or else you’ll somehow be “less than” everyone else.

Whether you’re keeping up with all the information on the internet or keeping up with the Joneses, it’s time to say no mo’ to your FOMO!
