Introducing Sage Grayson Coaching

I’ve moved!

Well, not in real life, but I packed up Sweet and Sage and moved everything to my new domain sagegrayson.com, home of Sage Grayson Coaching!

I’m so excited about launching my coaching programs in a few weeks (yay!). I’ll be offering Skype coaching sessions so you and I can talk face-to-face even if we’re thousands of miles apart.

I’ve been getting emails, Facebook messages, and tweets from a lot of you who are dealing with issues in your lives that are bigger than what I can cover in a simple blog post. I get it, and I’ve been there: dysfunctional families, overwhelm, lack of time for yourself, just feeling lazy!

My new coaching programs are focused on getting you off your butt and actively pursuing your goals, whatever they may be. We’ll set measurable benchmarks and track your progress every step of the way. Remember, I’m your coach…not your mom, best friend, or therapist. I’m here to give you a healthy dose of accountability—there’s no slacking off with me!
