Here’s a quick roundup of what I’m reading.

Thanks for the shout-out Sage! That almond cake looks quite delicious. I see it in my future, perhaps for Memorial Day weekend camping. That t-shirt bag is super cute, I’ve seen cut up ones but never whole ones. Adding this to my to-do list!

You’re welcome, Cara! Thank you for the outfit ideas.

I think the almond cake pictures are what sold me on it. If a recipe only has a so-so photo, then I’m less likely to make it.

I have a whole bunch of novelty T shirts, so I think I’ll attempt to make a T shirt bag too. Maybe with different handles or pin accents? If you make one, I’d love to see photos on your blog.

What great links! I love getting to see a bit of what you are reading! I agree with everyone, the monster paintings are awesome! I love the Swamp Monster. He looks like a total bad ass 🙂

The almond cake looks so good. Almond is one of my all time favorite flavors. I used to love those almond horns with the ends dipped in chocolate. I should veganize that.

The Pinterest tips are helpful for sure and writer’s block tips are always welcome!! Great post!

Happy Mother’s Day! Skyla is lucky to have such a wonderful, loving mommy 🙂

The almond cake does look amazing. I haven’t done much baking lately, and I’d like to get back into it.

Everyone should have monster paintings on their walls. 🙂

Love the links! The monsters on landscapes is awesome! I’m going to have to explore all of these more. 🙂

The monster paintings are so cool! I want one. There really are a lot of bad landscape paintings in thrift stores, but these are so much more fun.

Great links. I love the monster paintings, especially the Octopus Girl with a bow in her hair.

That’s one of my favorites too. I also really like the “Mountain Monster.” Art should be fun, right? I don’t want to hang something boring in my home.
