I’m thrilled to be featured in an interview on Smart Creative Mompreneur today!
You’re probably wondering why I was interviewed since I’m not a mom (shh! don’t tell!). It’s because nearly all of my clients are moms, and I know a thing or two about managing your time effectively when you have a lot of distractions.
The interview is part of the 21-Days Morning Challenge.
The challenge, if you’re up for it, is to wake up at 5:00 am every morning for 21 days. That’s enough time to make it a habit so you can do your most important work—no excuses!
The lovely Charlotte Duzong picked my brain about the first hour of my morning, also known as the Magic Hour. If you’re a Disney fan, you know this is also the name of the bonus hour at the parks given to people staying at the resorts.
As I’ve mentioned before, I use the first hour of my day to realign with my intention, meditate, and write in my journal. I write 4 pages every morning: gratitude, conjuring, aspiring, and progress. Check out the interview for exactly what I mean.

The book I mention in the interview is From Lazy to Amazing! 5 Easy Ways to Get Off Your Butt and Start Kicking Ass, and you can click here to download your free copy.
