This does make a lot of sense. It’s good to know before starting a new habit that the third day will be the most challenging!

This is really interesting!! It’s funny because whenever I do a cleanse or detox the third day is the absolute worst. I always feel horrible and I get tempted to quit but I keep going!! I’m able to get through it because I know how much better I’ll feel once I flush those toxins. I just need to apply this mindset to the rest of my life 🙂

I know from experience that getting over a hump can feel impossible, but the few times in my life when I’ve persevered and did it, I noticed it was so much easier to keep going.

This is very interesting to think about. I have three day humps every week! lol! It makes a lot of sense though. Great tips! Hoping to strive for a four day hump! 😉

I know! Every week is another hump to get over. I find it’s easier to feel optimistic after Wednesdays. It’s all downhill after then. But then on Monday I’m trudging up the hill again. 🙂
