First off, thank you so much for all your lovely comments on my post about the big changes ahead for Sage Grayson Coaching (and my new site too!). I appreciate your support beyond measure. *hugs*
Anyhoo, I’m spending the weekend doing photo shoots with a devastatingly handsome photographer (AKA Chris), some state-of-the-art equipment (AKA my camera phone), and breath-taking exotic locales (AKA the pond behind our apartment).
Livin’ large, I tell ya. 🙂
Seriously, I love living in the San Francisco Bay area. I feel like I’ve grown to like myself better as a person out here. I was probably a flower-wearing hippie in a former life. Or a badass duck.
To those of you who are celebrating Memorial Day this weekend, what’s on your agenda? Are you seeing friends and family? Making something yummy to eat?

Haha solo dance parties are indeed great meditation! I combine those with cooking or baking and it’s some of the best times I’ve had! I always have a smile on my face 🙂
I think I like the daily dishonesty the best. With kids, I hear everything! And, one of them is swearing she’s not a hipster, while her sister accuses her of being so on a daily basis. I’m still trying to figure out what a hipster is! Am I old? Ha ha!
I believe a hipster is someone who tries to be cool without trying to be cool. Does that make sense? I’m far too old to be considered cool anymore! 🙂

I was thinking of you this week when reading an article in The New Yorker about how the tech industry has affected the SF area. Good read with new insights I hadn’t heard before.

Such a cute picture of you! You look awesome in pigtails. 🙂 Isn’t it amazing how well phones can take pictures now? I use my phone more than my camera.
I used to never wear pink, either, but really like it now. As for our plans, we both have to work early tomorrow so it’s a regular weekend for us. I’ll have a three day weekend to make up for it in a few weeks, though. Enjoy yours!
People keep saying I look cute in pigtails, so I guess I should wear my hair like this more often! And my camera phone takes all the photos on my website. Someday I’ll get a fancy DSLR, but for now, this one does a pretty good job.
