This is a picture of one of my favorite mugs. I picked it up during my last trip to Asheville in November.
Yep, I only bought it because my name is on it.
Do you ever do that? Is your name common enough that you can find it on things like those personalized key chains you see in gift shops?
While I enjoy another cup of tea, here are some tidbits for you to peruse at your leisure.

What are you up to this weekend?

Now I’ll think of you anytime I see something with Sage on it. It’s a beautiful name! Mine is old fashion but still common enough to usually see on those gift shop things. Thanks for stopping by today
Hey Martha! Thanks for stopping by here too.
I really like my name, but it makes people think I’m a flower-wearing hippie.
This is a funny coincidence — I recently saw a restaurant named after you and was tempted to take a picture of its bigass sign to send to you. But I thought you’d think it odd for me to do that, so I refrained. It’s fun to see our names in public, especially uncommon names like yours and mine.
Haha, I would have love it! The restaurant where I got this mug is a very hippie-dippy place with vegan food, bike racks inside, and a compost bin next to the trash. I’m only semi-hippie, but I guess Sage is kind of an earthy name.
Cute mug! I rarely see anything with my name on it, but a co-worker of mine gave me a Flogging Molly t-shirt several years back. Another co-worker also saw a shirt that said “Molly is my home girl”. I wish they had a “Mike is my home boy” because those would be awesomely dorkish matching shirts for Mike & I.
Time to check out your links. I love these posts!
What in the world is a Flogging Molly? Sounds like a drink or an evil villain…?
I love it when bloggers share links of things they like. It makes me feel like I’m snooping in their personal lives.
It’s a band.
Although, it does sound like a drink or evil villian! lol
I’ve been contemplating doing a “links we love” page on our blog. Maybe I’ll get around to that one of these weekends because I love those kinds of things, too.
