    Yay, I love these posts! The lunch one made me laugh, it was too funny! I also loved the link about releasing stress at work. What a great article, I’m sure it’ll help a lot of people. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders (like and insane amount of tension and it always takes me forever to realize it. Fixing my posture is definitely a goal of mine as well. I find that helps with my shoulder tension too. Can’t wait to check out the rest of the links!
